Simon Davey has yet again worked his magic in the transfer market, with the signing of Dutch U21 striker Maceo Rigters from Blackburn Rovers initially on a one year loan deal.

Notably Rigters won the golden boot playing for Holland in the U21 European Championships, scoring 4 goals in 5 games during the tournament, as we all know the quality in the dutch game, Rigter is a welcome addition to the weakest area of the field for the reds, signed and ready to play a part in the opening game at QPR.
