Rob Kozluck has returned to Bramall Lane and Sheff Utd on a free transfer.

He didn't seem to feature in Mark Robins on going team plans, but we must pay tribute to an excellent servant to the reds over the last few seasons. But we do wish him a bad season at Sheff Utd, alongside other Barnsley reject Bogdanovic who went the same direction ealier in the close season.

Barnsley fc Defender Rob Kozluk has returned to Sheffield United in a one year deal after being released by Barnsley.

Kozluck who turns 33 in August, spent eight seasons at Bramall Lane before leaving for Barnsley in 2007.

Rob has made 75 appearances for Barnsley FC but he was not offered a new deal at Oakwell after his contract run out at the end of last season.

He joined back up with the Blades in pre-season training and has now been offered a permanent place at the club.

"We know all about Kozzy," said Blades boss Kevin Blackwell.

"I have got to bring players in to build a squad and he's only too happy to come back. He will play a role for us."

Kozluk and Walton are the latest arrivals at Bramall Lane with Daniel Bogdanovic, Leon Britton, Johnny Ertl and Steve Simonsen having already come in this summer as the Blades look for an unlikely promotion to the Premier League next season.
